1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, products, and services offered by Karate Crissi and its family of brands, including Ring Command, Howler Logic, My Brain Planner, Parts & Rec, and SCS Black Belt (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. Where programs serve minors, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's use of the Services.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- Upload malicious code or use the Services to transmit unsolicited or unlawful content.
5. Purchases, apparel & orders
Certain brands sell apparel, merchandise, or program enrollments. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change. All sales, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the applicable terms presented at the point of sale. Where orders are placed through a third-party store or platform, that provider's terms also apply.
6. Text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, your use of that program is also governed by our SMS / Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and their content — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Martial arts and physical training involve inherent risks; you participate at your own risk and should consult a professional where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karate Crissi and its brands, owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services, and update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
